Our Mission — Racing to Save America

We promote a patriotic movement centered around motorsports called “Racing to Save America.” This is an unconventional idea at a crucial time in American history.

Motorsports draws huge, enthusiastic crowds of hard-working Americans from all backgrounds. We use this powerful platform to break through media echo chambers and show that millions still believe in strong borders, free speech, pride in our country, and protecting our kids from extreme ideologies.

Our Approach

We race at famous road racing circuits, as well as grassroots dirt tracks and local events; Our drivers are both pro and those with aspirations to higher levels (NASCAR, IndyCar, IMSA, vintage racing). We invite drivers, teams, fans, sponsors, and businesses to join — regardless of party affiliation — if you love America and want to defend it.

We welcome Republicans, Democrats, Independents, and all patriots who put country over party.

Racing to Save America is a Florida not-for-profit corporation seeking 501(c)(4) tax-exempt status.

Why We Chose 501(c)(4) Status

We selected 501(c)(4) status because it allows us to engage more freely in issue advocacy, public education, and lobbying on important issues such as border security, free speech, and protecting American values — activities that are significantly restricted for 501(c)(3) charities.

Support the Movement

Businesses and corporations can sponsor Racing to Save America through logo placement on race cars, team apparel, banners, and more. These sponsorships can typically be deducted as ordinary and necessary business expenses (marketing/advertising).

When properly structured, they often qualify as Qualified Sponsorship Payments under IRS rules.

The Power of Motorsports

Motorsports is one of the most popular and most watched sports in the world. The crowds are gigantic, very enthusiastic, and filled with hard-working Americans from every walk of life — regardless of the thickness of their wallet.

These massive, passionate audiences create a rare and powerful platform to break through the mainstream media’s stranglehold on information. Mainstream media and Big Tech have actively censored conservative voices for years. Racing to Save America uses this high-energy environment to show millions of Americans that they are not alone — that today, many millions still believe in traditional values, strong borders, free speech, and unapologetic pride in our country.

Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter (now X) and the subsequent release of the #TwitterFiles revealed the shocking extent of government collusion with Big Tech to suppress free speech. In the summer of 2023, Federal District Court Judge Terry Doughty issued a blistering decision and injunction, writing that the allegations described “the most massive attack against free speech in United States’ history.” See Case Update below on the 2026 Consent Decree.

This is why Racing to Save America exists. We are using motorsports — from local dirt tracks to the highest levels of NASCAR, IndyCar, and IMSA — to deliver a clear, bold message: It is time to Save America.

2026 Update on the Government/Big Tech Free-Speech Suppression Case

 Murthy v Missouri Consent Decree

After the Supreme Court ruling, the case returned to the district court. Under the Trump administration in March 2026, the parties reached a settlement with a Consent Decree that imposes restrictions on certain federal agencies.

From the Missouri Attorney General Announcement:

This consent decree avoids the necessity of future litigation. The consent decree acknowledges that:

  • The Biden Administration censored social media posts “about COVID-19, the Hunter Biden laptop report, and the 2020 Presidential election.”
  • The Biden Administration “trampled free speech rights by censoring Americans’ speech on online platforms, often by exerting substantial pressure on third parties, such as social media companies, to moderate, deplatform, or otherwise suppress speech that the Federal Government did not approve.”

The consent decree includes the following provisions:

  • The federal government cannot pressure social media companies to remove or deplatform social media posts containing information deemed “misinformation” by the federal government.
  • The federal government “cannot take actions, formal or informal, directly or indirectly . . . to threaten Social-Media Companies with some form of punishment (i.e., an adverse legal, regulatory, or economic government sanction) unless they remove, delete, suppress, or reduce, including through altering their algorithms, posted social-media content or containing protected speech.”
  • The federal government cannot pressure “Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or X, LinkedIn, or YouTube” to remove or deplatform content.
  • The federal government will pay attorney’s fees to the Plaintiffs.

Extreme liberalism and socialism has been controlling this country.

Foreign threats to our national security and even to our our sovereignty itself have been met with disturbing enabling actions from the federal government, even promoting them! One example is the massive illegal immigration invasion since 2021 accross our southern border, estimated at approximately 10 million additional people in just 3 years. Another clear example is the federal government allowing the Chinese Spy Balloon to trespassing into and through our entire national airspace in 2023. This extremely weak non-response by our federal government was revealing to us its citizens, and it also broadcasted opportunity to infiltrate to our foreign adversaries.

Viewed from a high level of perspective, we believe extreme liberalism and socialism has been controlling this country for at least the last 6 years, and has America on the brink of destruction. The conservative values that we have always cherished are being either challenged or taken away nearly every day, it seems.

We need a call to action to get conservative, like-minded patriots to join together to get their voices heard so we can combat what is even more than creeping socialism….it is bordering on actual communism.

Our Unique Method of Advocacy is Racing

Motorsports is one of the most popular and most watched sports in the world. The crowds are gigantic, very enthusiastic, and tend to be very hard-working regardles of the thickness of their wallet. Our vision is to create a patriotic movement through our advocacy organization centered around motorsports racing  called “RACING TO SAVE AMERICA”.

Mainstream media and Big Tech have been revealed to have actively censored conservative voices in recent years – and possibly longer. Racing to Save America is one unique way to break through the main streem media’s stranglehold on information and American’s worldview of what “is” and show many Americans through support of its mission that today many millions of Americans are still patriotic, maintain traditional values, and reject the current elite push for counter-cultural ideology embracing trans-genderism at scale and a country without borders or strong national pride.

It turned out that our government was actively promoting the suppresion of free speech by Big Tech and the Media.

Without this proof, contemplating such collusion would have be so far-fetched as to be considered science-fiction, or tinfoil-hat hysteria.

Incredibly, it was real. In the summer of 2023, Federal District Court Judge Terry Doughty handed down a blistering court decision and injuction on the Fourth of July prohibiting Biden officials from colluding with social media companies to block or remove content they did not like. Judge Doughty wrote: “If the allegations made by Plaintiffs are true, the present case arguably involves the most massive attack against free speech in United States’ history. In their attempts to suppress alleged disinformation, the Federal Government, and particularly the Defendants named here, are alleged to have blatantly ignored the First Amendment’s right to free speech.”

The case is now pending before the United States Supreme Court.

The massive machinery of Media, Big Tech, and Intelligence Agencies of the federal government that resulted in the suppression of actual medical science with respect to Covid,   vaccines, and questionable mitigation measures like face masks on schoolchildren grew powerful impulses of tyrannical authoritarianism.

Our mission is to use various forms of motorsports as the platform to get out the message that now is the time to “SAVE AMERICA”.

Save it from what you may ask? We believe America needs to be saved a multitude of real threats to both our culture and our nation. These  include domestic threats such as Woke ideology and DEI infecting our classrooms and corporations, to which we ask both the common man and the CEO to simply say politely but firmly, “No.”
